In mid-May, the California Angels (southern California) region of Providence Associates and Companions gathered at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank.
Nicolas Estrada, PA – associate university minister for liturgy at University of San Diego – gave the primary address of the meeting, outlining the relationship of the Sisters and Associates. Providence Associates Executive Director Kathe Boucha, PA, and Secretary Margaret Bauer, PA, traveled from Alaska to contribute to the summit.
Srs. Rosa Sen Nguyen, SP, and Teresa White, SP, were also in attendance.
