Serving the Poor and Vulnerable in California

Sisters, Associates and staff attended the Pilgrims of Hope conference in Santa Ana, California, to highlight the work of social service and health care ministries service the poor and vulnerable. 

Erik Wexler, president and CEO of Providence St. Joseph Health System, was a featured speaker during the event.

The event was a gathering focused on fostering dialogue and collaboration among individuals and organizations dedicated to social justice, environmental sustainability, and humanitarian efforts. The event featured a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and workshops aimed at inspiring attendees to take action on pressing global issues. Topics covered included health care, climate change, refugee support, and community building.  

The conference provided a platform for activists, thought leaders, and participants to exchange ideas, share experiences, and strategize for future initiatives. Attendees left with a renewed sense of purpose and actionable insights to implement in their respective fields.
