The Sisters at St. Joseph Residence have spent a lifetime ministering to others through education, health care, spiritual accompaniment, food security and many other loving services. Today their ministry is as important as ever, devoting themselves to a life of prayer and presence to further the mission of the Sisters of Providence. It also means that they have a busy calendar of activities throughout the month which includes retreats and liturgy, but also bingo, a picnic outside or a quick trip to Starbucks.
Lenten retreat in the chapel is one example of ongoing spiritual life.
