Providence HS Celebrates Sisters Anita and Mary

The opening Mass for the academic year at Providence High School honored Srs. Anita Butler and Mary Hawkins.  Several Sisters, Providence Associates and other guests who attended included Sr. Anita’s cousin who lives nearby.  The school has an extensive video and film classes and students from that program managed nearly all the technical details – from sound system to live stream.  The chorus that last year sang at Carnegie Hall provided the liturgical music.  The administration also provided a light reception after the liturgy.
