Sponsors and executives of the Providence St. Joseph Health System recently made their official visit to the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life at the Vatican to report on the state of the system and their stewardship of the ministry.
The Sponsors are a “public juridic person” which works to ensure that the health system operates in a manner consistent with the Congregation’s charism, mission and values. Sponsors focus on mission and values oversight and periodically report to the Dicastery.
